Shipping Policy
Shipping and processing may take up to two weeks.
If there are any issues or complications with shipping on my end I will reach out to you. Please understand this is a small business with one person operating everything.
Once you have received your tracking number I am no longer responsible for shipping and any issues that occur must be resolved with USPS.
Products can be shipped to any country!
Repairs
I am willing to repair any pendants that have loose gem stones or have gem stones that have fallen out. Must cover shipping cost to receive free repair.
If you were responsible for any damage done to your pendant please reach out and we will work out a deal for a repair.
Returns
No returns for any items damaged by USPS- you must make a claim through USPS.
